Josiah K. Lilly, Jr. (1893-1966) was a pharmaceutical industrialist and President of Eli Lilly and Company. He was named for his father, Josiah K. Lilly Sr., who also headed the family business.

Lilly, Jr. was also known for his philanthropic activities and was a founder of the Indianapolis-based Lilly Endowment Inc. along with his father and his brother Eli Lilly, which has become one of he largest private foundations in the United States.
